PROCEDURES FOR PRE-ARRANGED AIRPORT PICK-UPS AT TORONTO’S PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Please proceed outside of airport
Approach to Post B, on arrivals level.
TERMINAL # 3
Approach to Post 29, on arrivals level
When you get to your designated post please look for a commissionaire (IN BLUE UNIFORM)
Please simply ask the commissionaire to call [Toronto Airport Limo Taxi] and provide him with your name in which the Limousine is booked under.
If Commissionaire advises you that there is no Toronto Airport Limo Taxi registered in your name, or within 5 minutes of notifying the Commissionaire Toronto Airport Limo Taxi does not appear, please call our office immediately to assist you at 416-879-4218, or at toll free number 1-866-207-6551
NOTE: We keep track of your flight even if its early, delay or ontime your chauffeur will be there waiting for you at the compound and there is no extra cost for waiting you will be charge only for the trip.
In the event your flight arrives after midnight, the Commissionaire may not be present. In this case, please call our dispatcher at: 416-879-4218 or toll free at 1-866-207-6551 and & We Will Help You To Locate Your Chauffeur immediately.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If for any reason you are not able to locate your chauffeur please do not leave as you will be charge for a no show fee.
Cancellation Policy: Minimum 2 hour notice is required or you will be charge $40.00hst for a No Show Fee.
